No matter your story, it takes a lot of intentionality to live with true joy, and I believe that we were designed by the Creator to experience the fullness of joy through closeness to Him.  I also believe that the process of therapy is a means by which we can exercise the intentionality that it takes to understand who we are designed to be.  So, whether you need to explore what it takes to be more successful in your relationships, or need to understand how trauma and brokenness has shaped what you believe about yourself, it is my belief that there is a living God who loves you and wants joy to define your life.
