I believe in the power of play to help children explore, express, and understand their emotions.  Specializing in play-based approaches, I view therapy as a collaborative journey, creating a safe and empathetic space where children feel seen, heard, and supported.  Grounded in a faith-informed understanding, I aim to honor each child's and family's values while using trauma-informed, person-centered practices to guide them through life's most challenging moments, helping them build confidence, resilience, and a deeper understanding of themselves.

 

Psalm 127:3 reminds us, "Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward," and this belief shapes the care and respect I bring to every child and family I work with.
