I believe that God gives each of us gifts, and it is my desire to use the gifts God has given me to help young people in times of need. I believe that God desires us to know His tremendous love for us and I strive for my clients to know this as well. I believe in the importance of seeking out God for guidance in our lives. When we draw upon Him for strength, we can cope with struggles in life more effectively.
I am a Limited Licensed Psychologist and a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University. It is my desire to provide support and guidance to young people and their families. I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults. I use many play therapy techniques with children in order to enter their world and help them overcome their problems. I also enjoy building relationships with teens and young adults to help guide them through difficult issues in their lives.
